Information we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, pincode, your approximate monthly electricity bill, and optionally your monthly consumption in units. We collect this because we cannot assess your solar requirement or contact you without it.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.
How we use it
To contact you about your enquiry, to assess your requirement and prepare a proposal, and to assist with DISCOM and subsidy applications where you ask us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form delivery service. Your information passes through that service in order to reach our inbox.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to you and to meet any legal or contractual obligation arising from work we carry out for you.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@suryonixenergy.in and we will respond.
